Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging intact. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase ready.

How to request a return or exchange

WhatsApp the Zero Recoil squad at +91 91676 20113 with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please also share clear photos of the item and packaging.

Free return pickup

Once your request is approved, Zero Recoil will arrange a courier pickup and share the pickup instructions with you. You do not need to send the parcel yourself. Zero Recoil bears the return and exchange courier costs, including for damaged or incorrect items. Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier at the arranged pickup.

Exchanges

You can request a different size or an eligible replacement within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will confirm the available options on WhatsApp and arrange the pickup and replacement shipment.

Refunds or store credit

After we receive and inspect your returned item and approve the refund, we will process it within 1 day. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Please tell us your preference when requesting the return. The time taken for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
